The Mall hours are M-S 10am to 9PM an Sunday 11Am to 6PM. Brandon’s Westfield mall is one of central Florida’s largest malls.

The Hard Rock Casino just outside Brandon has new Vegas stlye slot machines and added a whole new wing to the hotel with new restaraunts and more slot machines. The buzz is blackjack and other table games are coming soon. When I go to the Hard Rock it is to play poker they now have Texas hold em no limit games where before they were just limit games.

We have several people looking for housing who are relocating from other states to work at the casino, The Hotel seems to be hiring looking for new dealers of blackjack and other table games so if you are looking for employment at the hard rock now seems like a good time.

Linksters Tap Room Brandon

Linksters Tap Room in Brandon is a very nice neighborhood bar with no frills but great service and friendly service.The bar has several hd tv screens all along the bar where you can watch your favorite sport. Their is only one small pool table and a Jukebox. The atmosphere is friendly and is just a great place to just sit back and relax.

I am fortunate I have a wife that loves to cook and she is a really good cook at that. Our favorite meat market we go to in Brandon is Land and Sea they just open up a new store right by our office on Brandon Blvd in addition to the location on Lithia Pinecrest. They have prepared meals as well a great meat and seafood selection.

We knew Forrest Pollock and he was one of the nicest person who can ever meet. We are all in mourning today with the tragic news of the plane crash that took he and his son Preston. Our hearts and prayers go out to his wife Dawn and the Pollock family.
