One of my favorite restaurants in Brandon would be Cheddar’s. The menu is not that big but the food and prices can’t be beat. The restauraunt is so clean and service is good. My favorite dish is the Tilapia with mango sauce. My wife enjoys the chicken Dijon. It can be a tad noisy so I wouldn’t recommend holding a business lunch there. For an appetizer you must try the spinach dip. Next time in Brandon stop by Cheddars you can’t go wrong.
